“Business Advisory Services for Strategic Execution” is a retainer based service that provides strategic advice and executional capacity for executives, executive teams, brands and products. The advice is operational. The focus is on surfacing and standardizing the best executional practices by knowing “What Done Looks LIke”.


The service is a contractual relationship that is focused on specific project outcomes in your business. And yes, properly defining these objectives is part of the fun. These projects often involve a major change in your business, and could impact operations, existing organizational structures and culture. At the same time, the projects we look to undertake will lead your business to the next level and therefore implementations you cannot afford to misstep.


We are retained to advise your team on the project as it is planned and executed. As an advisor to our projects executive leader, We bring over 20+years of experience to help them in planning, assessing risk, mitigating issues and executing to a successful outcome.

How do Advisory Services work?


As part of YOUR team, we work closely with the project leader and team to advise, help solve problems and alleviate bottlenecks with hands-on help. This may involve developing the project plan, facilitating meetings, advising on tactics and strategies, attending weekly update meetings and one-on-one coaching for the executive leader or team members.


This service is often used in conjunction with Content Creation and Marketing Services.

Fees

This is a retainer based service and generally begins with a fixed rate and duration (typically 3-6 months) and then evolves into a monthly retainer for the duration of the project.
